Senior Model Team Application

Class of 2027

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Cherished Moments Photography Senior Model Team!

This is a fun and creative opportunity to represent the studio, participate in special styled shoots, and celebrate your senior year with a unique portrait experience.

Only five senior girls will be selected to represent Cherished Moments Photography — one from each of the following communities:

• Northfield

• Faribault

• New Prague

•Owatonna

• Montgomery

What the Senior Model Program Includes

Styled Model Team Shoots

Senior Models will be invited to participate in special styled shoots throughout the year with the Cherished Moments Senior Model Team. These shoots are designed to be creative, fun, and different from a traditional senior portrait session.

Senior Models may participate in up to three styled sessions during the year.

Each styled session includes:

• A professionally photo shoot with the models plus individual portrait poses

• 5 complimentary high-resolution digital images

• Images perfect for sharing on social media

Styled shoots may include creative concepts, seasonal themes, or unique studio sets. Our models will be included in selecting some fun session ideas. Possible ideas will include:

Flower field and/or grass fields, urban locations, fun boots and hats session, styled studio session, greenhouse. Our models will also be invited back for a fun cap and gown session.

Model Team Rewards

Senior Models can earn Model Team Rewards when friends book their senior portraits with Cherished Moments Photography.

For each friend who books a senior session, you will receive your choice:

• $75 studio credit

OR

• $40 cash referral reward

Studio credits may be used towards your remainder balance of your senior session and/or applied towards prints, wall art, albums, or other studio products.

Senior Portrait Session

Senior Models must schedule their individual senior (classic or deluxe) portrait session with Cherished Moments Photography between:

June – October. The price for senior sessions runs between $450 and $695. (senior pricing is listed on the website)

To reserve their senior portrait date, selected models will be required to:

• Sign the Senior Model agreement

• Pay a $200 (non-refundable) session retainer - due when you sign up to be a model.

The retainer secures their session date and will be applied toward their senior portrait session. The remainder balance will be due the day of your indivdual senior session.

Additional Expectations

Senior Models agree to:

• Share their portraits on social media and tag Cherished Moments Photography

• Represent the studio in a positive and respectful way

• Help spread the word about their experience

• Use Cherished Moments Photography as their exclusive senior photographer

Senior Models may also be featured on Cherished Moments Photography social media and promotional materials throughout the year.
